Step Into the Role

Due to a temporary increase in activity, we are actively seeking an order manager (M/F) on a fixed-term contract. Working with all the microbiology teams and remote laboratories, your main tasks will be as follows:

  • Managing microbiology and field stocks (bottling, various equipment, etc.),

  • Placing orders for our remote sites,

  • Receiving supplier orders,

  • Checking delivery notes and the conformity of products received,

  • Preparing orders for sites,

  • Carrying out inventories.

Our Offer

  • Contract: 9-month full-time fixed-term contract.

  • Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Start date: as soon as possible.

  • Location: Montbonnot Saint-Martin (38).

  • Company works council.

  • Company health insurance covered up to 70%.

  • Salary: €1,815 gross.

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent, are rigorous, conscientious, dynamic, and able to work independently.

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and successful professional experience (through work-study programs and/or internships).

  • You are proficient in office and computer tools (Excel, Lims, email, etc.).
