Step Into the Role
As part of its expansion and to strengthen our teams, NORMEC ABIOLAB is actively seeking a Field Team Planning Manager (M/F) for a permanent position.
Reporting to the IDF Area Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Planning services for your geographical area: recording requests, allocation and planning in our information system,
Managing priorities based on customer requests and unexpected changes to the schedule,
Updating routes in real time based on requests,
Making appointments with our customers,
Acting as the main point of contact for field teams (around 10 people) and customers for field services,
Working daily with the sales department to enter orders into our information system,
Reporting regularly to your line manager and proposing corrective actions.
Our Offer
Contract: Permanent position available immediately.
Location: Saint-Aubin (91).
Two days of remote work per week possible after training.
Hours: Daytime, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

The Normec Fit
With a two- or three-year degree in administration, logistics, or customer service, you have successful experience in a similar position in
scheduling/planning a team.
You are independent, rigorous, and enjoy contact and customer relations (internal and external).
Excellent computer skills (office software – ERP/LIMS – others) are required.
