Step Into the Role

As part of its development and to complete the current LEM team, NORMEC ABIOLAB is actively seeking an Environmental Microbiology Laboratory Technician (M/F) for a permanent position.

As part of our laboratory (LEM), your main tasks will be water potability and Legionella analyses.

To do this, you will need to:

  • Prepare samples,

  • Carry out the inoculation stages,

  • Filter or centrifuge samples,

  • Read Petri dishes,

  • Manage confirmation stages,

  • Serotyping,

  • Enter results into our dedicated software,

  • Perform PCR analysis,

  • Comply with our internal procedures and good laboratory practices,

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the laboratory.

Our Offer

  • Contract: Permanent position available immediately.

  • Location: Montbonnot Saint-Martin (38).

  • Hours: daytime, 35 hours/week (training Monday through Friday, then Tuesday through Saturday).

  • Company health insurance covered at 70%.

  • Salary: to be determined based on profile.

The Normec Fit

  • With a two-year degree in microbiology (e.g., BTS ANABIOTECH), you ideally have initial experience in a similar position in the environmental field (including work-study programs and/or internships).

  • You are independent and rigorous, enjoy working in a team, and know how to follow procedures.
