Step Into the Role

As part of its development and to strengthen its teams, NORMEC ABIOLAB is actively seeking an Analytical Chemistry Technician (M/F).

As part of the General Chemistry team, your main task will be to carry out environmental analyses (drinking water, wastewater, swimming pool water, water in healthcare facilities, sludge, etc.)

To do this, you will be required to:

  • Carry out all stages of the analyses in accordance with written operating procedures (e.g., COD, BOD, nitrogen, ion chromatography, etc.),

  • Complete the necessary records to ensure traceability and quality,

  • Enter the results,

  • Manage reagents and consumables,

  • Manage equipment,

  • Manage the laundry,

  • Receive and record samples arriving at the laboratory,

  • Metrology, etc.

Our Offer

  • Contract: Permanent position available immediately.

  • Location: Montbonnot Saint-Martin (38).

  • Hours: daytime, 35 hours/week – Monday to Friday AND Tuesday to Saturday on a rotating schedule with the team.

  • Company health insurance covered at 70%.

  • Salary: to be determined based on profile.

  • With a 2- or 3-year degree in analytical chemistry, you ideally have some initial experience in a similar position in the environmental field (including internships and/or work-study programs).

  • You are dynamic, independent, rigorous, organized, and enjoy working in a team.

  • You are also motivated to contribute to the development of the laboratory.
